Noticed some dullness? A gentle wipe with a soft dry cloth usually does the trick. For deeper cleaning: mild soap + lukewarm water + soft toothbrush. Rinse and dry fully before storing. With basic care, your piece stays bright through every dive, every climb, every story. 🏔️

The design and the product is very nice and of a great quality as listed in the site. I got myself 2 from this and planning to get more. Loved it.

There's one thing I want to share.
Your packaging is too minimal to feel real or safe. Like I get your no box packaging idea but the opening experience of your product is not quite worth the price.
4k worth the pendant and chain in a small jute pouch, with a photo and message, is too minimal .
If I am spending 4k i would atleast except a bill(in package), a certificate from jweller for silver authentication and any care guide if needed.
+ You should also mention that pendant is hollow from behind.
That Hollowness with dark inner layers makes pendant look like it's made of fibre or something.
